The old TV commercial from AMPCO featured a mechanic who said, “Pay me now or pay me later” when referring to a car’s transmission, but the statement is also true for any type of automotive maintenance. Too many car owners wait and don’t act definitively when adhering to the maintenance schedule devised by their vehicle’s manufacturer, which is both unwise and costly.

What People Are Saying About Us
Our customers aren't afraid to tell the world that we've done a great job for them, because they value our quality, work ethic and skills.
I have a 2001 VW Eurovan. I have been taking it to Vanguard since I got it 7 years ago with with 93,000 miles on it. It now has 210,00 miles on it and still runs great.
I was curious about the how much I had spent in repair over the years so I added up all my repair bills. Then I compaired that to what it had cost me to have my last car, a 1999 Honda CRV.
The result: factoring in what I paid for both cars and the repair bills (had both for about the same amount of time) the total was the same.
So, I realized, buying a new car or keeping this one, which I love, and maintaining it costs the same.
So far I haven't found a car I like better so I'm keeping the Eurovan and will continue to take it to Vanguard for maintenance and repair.
Thank you Vanguard for keeping it running like new!
